The DIA76073 is a single channel load switch with adjustable soft start time and programmable current limit function. With the adjustable soft start time function, the device can avoid inrush current during circuit start-up. The soft start time can be programmed by setting an additional capacitor to the SS pin. The DIA76073 supports input voltage from 0.5 V to 5.5 V and the supply voltage from 2.5 V to 5.5 V. The DIA76073 provides a constant current limit that can be programmed by an external resistor. Once the device reaches its current limit threshold, the internal circuit regulates the gate voltage to hold the current in the power FET constant. The DIA76073 is available in QFN2×2-12 package. It is specified over ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, which meets the requirements of automotive applications.
